DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders up to £49.99 (excluding VAT) will be charged at £5.50 (excluding VAT) for shipping to UK Mainland (excluding rural Scotland).

Free Delivery

Orders of £50 and over (excluding VAT) will be delivered free to addresses in UK Mainland (excluding rural Scotland).

Delivery charges to the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Europe and rest of world will vary according to the destination and weight of parcel. We will always endeavour to obtain the most competitive price, therefore we price each order individually.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you place the order.

For all UK Mainland orders, we aim to deliver items within 3 working days (weekends not included) subject to stock availability. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are completed within this timescale, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the given delivery timeframe.

Delivery times

Please note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekends or public holidays and these do not count as working days. A signature may be required at delivery. In the event of a customer absence at the time of deliver, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address, after repeated failed attempts by the courier, will incur extra postage charges. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Please note- Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

Delivery will be by DHL, Royal Mail, or any other delivery system of our choice.

Orders despatched by airmail, please allow 7 – 14 working days.

Furniture & Equipment

When ordering salon furniture, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time shortly after receiving your order. Some furniture items purchased may be subject to additional carriage charges. Prices will be available upon application. Non-standard items such as specific salon furniture colours, sizes etc cannot be cancelled.

Furniture & equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed will be charged at 20% of the value of the goods.

RETURNS POLICY

This applies to items purchased from this site only.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition  within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened with seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note to the value of the item. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the wrong product was delivered, or the item is faulty. Please securely package relevant item and send it back to us along with a copy of your invoice within 14 days.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

Our company policy is to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends), however this can vary subject to availability of stock. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. HAIR SHOP ONLINE cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control.

Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

Non-standard items such as specific salon furniture colours, sizes etc cannot be cancelled unless we are informed within 5 working days after the order is placed.

Furniture & equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.

Due to hygiene reasons HAIR SHOP ONLINE cannot accept the return of scissors, clippers, razors that have been used or other items returned in an unacceptable condition.

We reserve the right to choose any method of shipping.
The user will indemnify HAIR SHOP ONLINE against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.

Whilst all reasonable endeavours have been made to check the accuracy of the information contained within this site, HAIR SHOP ONLINE does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained herein. Further, HAIR SHOP ONLINE or any other associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained within this website or any other site which the user may access through this website. Further, HAIR SHOP ONLINE or any associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising due to the users access to any other providers, operators, organisations or persons referred to directly or indirectly within this website.
